I saw Dr Mate a year or so ago at a conference, and it changed the way I view my clients (and myself!). He is wise, insightful, and downright sensible. Have you read 'In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts'? If not, it's a great place to start.
I haven't read it. But after watching this, I feel like I really need too.
